INGREDIENTS
| 7 | ounces pork tenderloin |
| Nonstick olive oil cooking spray | |
| 4 | green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 2 | tablespoons hoisin sauce or Asian plum sauce |
| 1‑1/2 | cups packaged coleslaw mix |
| 4 | (8-inch) fat-free flour tortillas, warmed |
PREPARATION:
- Thinly slice pork. Lightly spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat. Add pork and green onions; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Stir in hoisin sauce and coleslaw mix.
- Spoon pork mixture onto tortillas. Wrap to enclose. Serve immediately.
Note
To warm tortillas, stack and wrap loosely in plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH for 15 to 20 seconds or until hot and pliable.
