Easy Nachos

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | (6-inch) flour tortillas |
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 4 | ounces lean ground turkey |
| 2/3 | cup salsa (mild or medium) |
| 2 | tablespoons sliced green onion |
| 1/2 | cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges; lightly spray one side of wedges with cooking spray. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
- Meanwhile, brown turkey in small nonstick skillet, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Stir in salsa. Cook until hot.
- Sprinkle turkey mixture over tortilla wedges. Sprinkle with green onion. Top with cheese. Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serving Suggestion
Cut tortillas into shapes with cookie cutters and bake as directed.
Tip
In a hurry? Substitute baked corn chips for flour tortillas and cooking spray. Proceed as directed.
