Easy Oriental Chicken Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
| 1/4 | cup peanut butter |
| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| 2 | tablespoons light soy sauce |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground ginger |
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 pounds) |
| 4 | onion or kaiser rolls, split |
| Lettuce leaves | |
| 1 | cup sliced cucumbers |
| 1 | cup bean sprouts |
| 1/4 | cup sliced green onions |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger in large bowl; stir until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup peanut butter mixture.
- Place chicken on foil-lined baking pan. Spread remaining peanut butter mixture over chicken. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
- Fill rolls with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts and chicken; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with reserved peanut butter mixture.
