Easy Taco Dip Photo
Easy Taco Dip
Cook Time: 2 to 4 hours
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Yield: Makes about 3 cups dip
Ingredients:
1/2
pound ground beef chuck

1
cup frozen corn

1/2
cup chopped onion

1/2
cup salsa

1/2
cup mild taco sauce

1
can (4 ounces) diced mild green chilies

1
can (4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

1
cup (4 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend

Tortilla chips

Sour cream



 
Preparation:
1.
Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Spoon into slow cooker.

Add corn, onion, salsa, taco sauce, chilies and olives to slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 2 to 3 hours.

3.
Just before serving, stir in cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream.


Tip To keep this dip hot through an entire party, simply leave it in the slow cooker on LOW.
