cup half-and-half, divided

tablespoons light chocolate syrup, divided

cups unsweetened seltzer water or club soda, well chilled and divided



Preparation:

Pour 1/4 cup half-and-half into each of two tall glasses; stir 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup into each. Add 1 cup seltzer to each glass.
