| 2 | tablespoons light chocolate syrup, divided |
| 2 | cups unsweetened seltzer water or club soda, well chilled and divided |
PREPARATION:
- Pour 1/4 cup half-and-half into each of two tall glasses; stir 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup into each. Add 1 cup seltzer to each glass.
