Pink Lady Apple Martini

Ingredients:

2 Pink Lady Apples, peeled, cored and cut into chunks

1 cup ice

1 cup Vodka

Pomegranate Seeds for garnish

Apple slices for garnish

Method:

Combine apples, ice and vodka in a blender. Blend until smooth.

To Serve:

Pour into martini glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and apple slices.

Yield: 4 to 6 Martinis
