Emeril's Angel Hair Pasta With Herbs
YIELD 4 main course servings or 6 to 8 side servings
INGREDIENTS
| 2 teaspoons | salt |
| 1 pound | angel hair pasta |
| 1/4 cup | chopped parsley |
| 1/4 cup | chopped basil |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil |
| Freshly ground black pepper | |
| 1/3 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
PREPARATION:
- To a large pot of boiling water, add salt. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and add to a large bowl. Add herbs and oil and toss well to combine, adding pepper to taste. Garnish with Parmesan and serve immediately.
