Emeril's Basil Infused Vinegar

YIELD 3 cups infused vinegar

INGREDIENTS

1 large bunch basil, cleaned
3 cups white wine vinegar

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine the two ingredients in a large resealable glass container. Store in a cool, dry place. Can be used for up to 1 year. (Great for vinaigrettes).
