Emeril's Basil Infused Vinegar
YIELD 3 cups infused vinegar
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | large bunch basil, cleaned |
| 3 cups | white wine vinegar |
PREPARATION:
- Combine the two ingredients in a large resealable glass container. Store in a cool, dry place. Can be used for up to 1 year. (Great for vinaigrettes).
