Emeril's Brussels Sprouts
YIELD 4 to 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 1 pound | Brussels sprouts, stems trimmed, halved |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil, or more to coat |
| 1 teaspoon | salt |
| 1?2 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil to coat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a sheet pan and spread in one even layer.
- Roast until crisp-tender and lightly caramelized around the edges, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with the roasted turkey breast and sweet potatoes.
