INGREDIENTS

6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2/3 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle, combine all ingredients and process on low speed until mixture is crumbly and coarse. Use as a topping for baked goods.
