|1 cup||olive oil|
|1 cup||unsalted butter, melted (4 tablespoons)|
|1/4 cup||finely chopped parsley|
|1/2 teaspoon||freshly ground black pepper|
|4||French baguette, halved and cut into 3 to 4-inch lengths|
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mince the garlic in a food processor, wiping down the sides with a spatula, if necessary. Add the olive oil, butter, parsley, salt and pepper and process until well-combined.
- Spread the bread pieces onto a sheet pan. Using a basting brush, generously pat each piece of bread with a liberal amount of the garlic-butter. Transfer to the oven and cook until lightly golden brown, 15 minutes.
