Emeril's Glazed Ham with Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
| 1 2‑pound | boneless ham |
| 1 pound | sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks |
| 1 cup | molasses |
| 1/2 cup | brown sugar, packed |
PREPARATION:
Method:
- Place the ham in a baking dish and surround with sweet potatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the molasses and the brown sugar. Stir to form a glaze. Pour glaze over ham. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until ham is heated through and the glaze is bubbling. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
To Serve:
- Slice the ham and serve with sweet potatoes.
