|1/4 cup||white wine vinegar|
|1/4 cup||fresh lime juice|
|1 cup||grapeseed oil|
|2 bunches or 1 cup||blanched green onion|
|1/2 cup||cilantro leaves|
|1/4 teaspoon||freshly ground white pepper|
