INGREDIENTS
| 4 ounces | soft or silken tofu |
| ¼ cup | sour cream |
| 1 | shallot, minced |
| 1 | clove garlic, chopped |
| 1 | lemon zested and juiced |
| 2 tablespoons | olive oil |
| 2 teaspoons | rice vinegar |
| ½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped chives |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped chives |
| 2 tablespoons | chopped basil |
| 2 teaspoons | chopped tarragon |
| 3/4 teaspoon | salt |
| ¼ teaspoon | freshly ground white pepper |
| ¼ teaspoon | cayenne pepper |
| 2 | heads red Bibb lettuce |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients except for the lettuce in a blender, blend until smooth. Wash and dry the Bibb lettuce and tear into bite size pieces. Divide the lettuce between four plates and dress with Green Goddess Dressing.
