Emeri's Grilled Ribs
YIELD 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 1 cup | Jared's Southwest Rub |
| 2 teaspoons | salt |
| 2 | slabs baby back ribs |
| 1 1/2 cups | your favorite barbecue sauce |
| Vegetable oil, for grates | |
PREPARATION:
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the rub and salt. Rub slabs on both sides with the spice mixture. Stack slabs on a double layer of aluminum foil and tightly wrap. Heat grill to medium-high; lightly oil grates. Place the foil packets containing the ribs directly onto the grill. Cook the ribs for 15 minutes, then flip. Continue to cook another 15 minutes or until meat is tender. Drizzle the ribs with the barbecue sauce and cook an additional 5 minutes.
