Emeril's Grilled Pineapple with Soy-Agave Dipping Sauce

YIELD 6 to 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe pineapple, peeled and cut crosswise into
1?2‑inch slices
1 cup soy yogurt
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 Serrano pepper, minced
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon mint

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat a grill to medium high. Cook until softened and nicely marked by the grill, 1 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter and allow to cool slightly before serving.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle over the grilled pineapple before serving.
