Emeril's Grilled Skirt Steak
INGREDIENTS
| 1 2‑pound | skirt steak, trimmed of excess fat |
| Ground black pepper, to taste | |
| 1 tablespoon | herbed French sea salt |
| 1/4 cup | olive oil |
PREPARATION:
Method:
- Prepare grill.
- To a non reactive dish, add steak, ground pepper, salt and olive oil. Turn to coat. Let marinate for 20 minutes to an hour. Place on grill and let cook, 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
- Remove from grill to a plate, tented with foil for 10 minutes. Slice on the bias and serve.
