Emeril's Herbed Pita Chips
YIELD 4 to 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 3/4‑cup | extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | minced fresh oregano |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | minced fresh rosemary |
| 4 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 4 | pita bread |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a small bowl combine the olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
- Brush oil on pita bread. Cut Pita into wedges and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until pita is brown and crispy.
- Serve with Store Bought Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
