Emeril's Herbed Pita Chips

YIELD 4 to 6 servings

INGREDIENTS

3/4‑cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 pita bread

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, oregano, rosemary, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
  3. Brush oil on pita bread. Cut Pita into wedges and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until pita is brown and crispy.
  5. Serve with Store Bought Roasted Red Pepper Hummus.
