Emeril's Honey Mint Tea
YIELD 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 4 cups | hot water |
| ¼ cup | Napa Valley Wildflower honey |
| ½ cup | picked fresh ginger mint leaves |
| 2 bags | organic green tea |
PREPARATION:
Method
- In a medium container, combine hot water with honey, mint and tea.
- Allow to steep for 5 minutes before straining out the tea bags and the mint leaves. Chill. Serve cold over ice.
