Emeril's Honey Mint Tea

YIELD 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

4 cups hot water
¼ cup Napa Valley Wildflower honey
½ cup picked fresh ginger mint leaves
2 bags organic green tea

PREPARATION:

Method

  1. In a medium container, combine hot water with honey, mint and tea.
  2. Allow to steep for 5 minutes before straining out the tea bags and the mint leaves. Chill. Serve cold over ice.
