Emeril's Oven Roasted Broccoli

YIELD 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch broccoli, washed well and dried, cut into
florets
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli with the olive oil and Kosher salt. Place the broccoli on a large baking sheet and roast until golden brown around the edges and crispy, usually about 10 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
