Emeril's Peas With Tomatoes
YIELD 4 to 6 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 1 8‑ounce | package frozen peas |
| 1 teaspoon | unsalted butter |
| 1 pint | cherry or grape tomatoes |
| 1/4 cup | chopped mint |
PREPARATION:
Method:
- In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add frozen peas and butter. After a minute or so, add the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
