YIELD 2 cups

INGREDIENTS

2 large (6 to 8 ounces) vine tomatoes, seeded, cored and small dice
1/4 cup small diced red onion
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño, stemmed and seeded, or more to taste
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Set aside for flavors to marry, and then serve.
