Emeril's Pico de Gallo

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | large (6 to 8 ounces) vine tomatoes, seeded, cored and small dice |
| 1/4 cup | small diced red onion |
| 1 teaspoon | minced jalapeño, stemmed and seeded, or more to taste |
| 1 tablespoon | finely chopped cilantro leaves |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | lemon juice |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | lime juice |
| 1/4 teaspoon | salt |
| 1/8 teaspoon | freshly ground black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Set aside for flavors to marry, and then serve.
