Emeril's Pizza Puttanesca

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | recipe Basic Pizza Dough |
| 1/4 cup | yellow cornmeal |
| 1 1/2 cups | Basic Pizza Sauce |
| 2 tablespoons | capers |
| 1/2 cup | pitted black olives, such as nicoise |
| 1/2 cup | caramelized onion |
| 1 cup | sautéed mixed mushrooms |
| 1 cup | shredded Asiago Fresco |
| 1/2 cup | grated Parmesan |
| 1 cup | grated mozzarella |
PREPARATION:
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 500 degrees F.
- Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of the yellow cornmeal on a baker's peel or baking sheet. Place the rolled out pizza dough circle on the prepared baker's peel or baking sheet. To the rolled out basic pizza dough, spread the sauce, leaving a 1 inch border around the outside. Sprinkle capers and olives evenly over the dough. Next, spread the onions and mushrooms. Lastly, distribute the cheese evenly oven the entire pizza. Place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the edges of the pizza begin to brown. Serve immediately.
