Emeril's Preserved Lemon Slaw

INGREDIENTS
| I pound | shredded cabbage, red and green |
| 1 | red onion, sliced |
| 1 | preserved lemon, cut into segments |
| ¼ cup | chopped dill |
| ¼ cup | red wine vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | ground cumin |
| ¼ cup | olive or sesame oil |
| Salt and freshly ground pepper | |
PREPARATION:
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
