Emeril's Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower


YIELD 6 Servings


1 head broccoli, broken into florets
1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced


  1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. On a baking sheet, spread cauliflower and broccoli. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice and place in oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned and easily pierced with a fork. Serve immediately.
