Emeril's Rose Sangria
YIELD 10 to 12 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 2 Bottles | rose wine |
| 1/2 cup | Spanish brandy |
| 1/2 cup | Spanish orange liqueur, Grande |
| Marnier, or Triple sec | |
| Juice of 1 | orange |
| 1/2 cup | simple syrup or flavored simple |
| syrup such as tarragon | |
| 1 1/2 cup | sliced fresh strawberries |
| orange, sliced into thin rounds and halved | |
| lemon, thinly sliced and halved | |
| 1 bottle | club soda, chilled |
PREPARATION:
- Combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur, orange juice, and simply syrup in a large pitcher and stir until all ingredients are mixed. Add the remaining fruit and stir well to combine. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours. Stir in the club soda and serve the sangria in large wine glasses, over ice if desired.
