Emeril's Satsuma Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
| 2 (6‑ounce) | tilapia fillet, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 2 | jalapenos, thinly sliced |
| 1 | red onion, finely chopped |
| 2 | tomatillos, finely chopped |
| 1 | can heart of palms, chopped |
| 2 cups | Satsuma orange juice (freshly squeezed orange juice) |
| 1 cup | lime juice |
| 1 cup | coconut water |
| 1/2 cup | chopped cilantro |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |

Method:
- Combine all ingredients in a large, non-reactive bowl. Stir to combine and place in the refrigerator for at least two hours. Serve in decorative bowls or coconut shells.
