Emeril's Superfoods Shake

INGREDIENTS

1 pin Acai sorbet
1 pint blueberries
2 cups blueberry or cranberry juice
1 cup  nonfat yogurt
3 tablespoons honey

PREPARATION:

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
  2. Serve immediately.
