Emeril's Superfoods Shake
YIELD 4 servings
INGREDIENTS
| 1 pin | Acai sorbet |
| 1 pint | blueberries |
| 2 cups | blueberry or cranberry juice |
| 1 cup | nonfat yogurt |
| 3 tablespoons | honey |
PREPARATION:
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses.
- Serve immediately.
