Festive Cranberry Mold
Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
1/2
cup water
1
package (6 ounces) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1
can (8 ounces) jellied cranberry sauce
1-2/3
cups cranberry juice cocktail
1
cup sliced bananas (optional)
1/2
cup walnuts, toasted (optional)
Preparation:

Bring water to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Fold in cranberry sauce. Reduce heat to medium; cook until sauce is melted. Stir in cranberry juice cocktail.

Refrigerate mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in banana slices and walnuts, if desired. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold; cover and refrigerate until gelatin is set.
