Makes about 3 cups
|4||cups grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped|
|1/4||cup minced red onion|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|1||teaspoon minced habanero pepper*|
|1/4||cup chopped fresh cilantro|
|1||tablespoon fresh lime juice|
|1/4||teaspoon black pepper|
|1/4||teaspoon ground cumin|
*Habenero peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do touch eyes.
- Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, chile and tomatoes in large bowl; drain excess liquid. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and cumin.
