INGREDIENTS

4 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon minced habanero pepper*
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
*Habenero peppers can sting and irritate the skin; wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do touch eyes.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, chile and tomatoes in large bowl; drain excess liquid. Stir in cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and cumin.
