Ingredients:

cups apple juice

3/4
cup water

1/2
teaspoon salt

1-1/2
cups white basmati or Texmati rice

thin slices fresh ginger

1
piece cinnamon stick (2 inches long)



 
Preparation:
1.
Bring juice, water and salt to a boil in medium saucepan. Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove ginger and cinnamon stick; discard.
