INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tablespoons lime juice |
| 1 | small jicama, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips 3 to 4 inches long |
| 2 | pounds watermelon, rind removed, and fruit cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges 2 to 3 inches wide |
| 1/2 | small pineapple, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into wedges |
| 1 | ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced crosswise |

PREPARATION:
- Combine lime juice and jicama in large bowl; toss. Drain. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on large platter. Serve with Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce.
