INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons lime juice
1 small jicama, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch-thick strips 3 to 4 inches long
2 pounds watermelon, rind removed, and fruit cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges 2 to 3 inches wide
1/2 small pineapple, peeled, halved lengthwise and cut crosswise into wedges
1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced crosswise
Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce (recipe)

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine lime juice and jicama in large bowl; toss. Drain. Arrange jicama, watermelon, pineapple and papaya on large platter. Serve with Creamy Lime Dipping Sauce.
