| 1 | pound fresh tomatoes, peeled and seeded |
| 1/2 | cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves |
| 1/4 | small onion (about 2X1-inch piece) |
| 1 | teaspoon red wine vinegar |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |

- Combine ingredients in food processor; process until finely chopped but not smooth.
