INGREDIENTS
| 1 | medium tomato, finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro |
| 2 | tablespoons finely chopped white onion |
| 1 | fresh jalapeño pepper,* seeded and finely chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh lime juice |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well. Let stand, covered, at room temperature 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors.
