Yield: Makes 8 pops
Ingredients:
1/2
cup nonfat sweetened condensed milk
1/4
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/4
cups evaporated skimmed milk
1
teaspoon vanilla
Preparation:
1.
Beat together sweetened condensed milk and cocoa in medium bowl. Add evaporated milk and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Pour mixture into 8 small paper cups or 8 popsicle molds. Freeze about 2 hours or until almost firm. Insert wooden popsicle sticks into center of each cup; freeze until solid.
