Frozen Peanut Butter-Banana Dessert

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | large ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch slices |
| 1/2 | cup no-sugar-added natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky) |
| 1/2 | cup half-and-half |
PREPARATION:
- Place bananas in single layer in plastic freezer bag; freeze until firm, at least 8 hours. Combine peanut butter and half-and-half in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover and process until smooth. Add frozen bananas; let stand 10 minutes to soften slightly.
- Process until smooth, scraping down sides of container frequently. (Dessert will be soft-set.) Serve immediately or cover and freeze in airtight container until serving time. Freeze leftovers.
Note
Place frozen dessert in refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes before serving or let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving to soften slightly.
