Ingredients:

small ripe papaya, peeled, seeded and diced

firm small banana, diced

green onions, minced

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or mint

tablespoons lime juice

jalapeño peppers,* seeded and minced


*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

 
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Serve at room temperature.
