Fruity Oatmeal Jumbles
Yield: Makes 1-1/2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
1
package (18 ounces) refrigerated oatmeal raisin cookie dough
1/4
cup all-purpose flour
1
egg white
1
cup dried fruit bits
1/2
cup shelled pistachio nuts
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.

Combine dough, flour and egg white in large bowl; beat until well blended. Stir in fruit bits and pistachios. (Dough will be very sticky.) Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake about 15 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
