Fudgy Brownie Bars

Fudgy Brownie Bars
Yield: Makes 2 dozen bars
Ingredients:
1
package (about 20 ounces) brownie mix

2
eggs

1/3
cup water

1/3
cup vegetable oil

1
package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

2/3
cup butterscotch chips

2/3
cup chopped pecans

3/4
cup flaked coconut

1
can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan.

Combine brownie mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl. Beat until well blended. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 18 minutes.

3.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over partially baked brownie base; layer butterscotch chips, pecans and coconut over chocolate chips. Pour condensed milk over top. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.


Tip: Peanut butter chips can be substituted for the butterscotch chips.
