INGREDIENTS

5 slices firm white bread
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon paprika

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Trim crusts from bread; cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Stir in garlic and paprika. Add bread; cook and stir 1 minute just until bread is evenly coated with oil.
  3. Spread bread on baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until crisp and golden. Cool.
