INGREDIENTS
| 3/4 | cup olive or vegetable oil |
| 1/4 | cup white wine vinegar |
| 1 | clove garlic, pressed |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Mix all ingredients in tightly covered jar. (Dressing can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks.)
