Gingered Peach Sauce
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients:

can (16 ounces) sliced peaches in unsweetened juice, drained

1-1/2
teaspoons minced fresh ginger

2
tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur (optional)



 
Preparation:
1.
Place peaches in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides of container once. Add ginger and liqueur, if desired; process until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.
