Gingered Peach Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | can (16 ounces) sliced peaches in unsweetened juice, drained |
| 1‑1/2 | teaspoons minced fresh ginger |
| 2 | tablespoons almond-flavored liqueur (optional) |
PREPARATION:
- Place peaches in food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover and process until smooth, scraping down sides of container once. Add ginger and liqueur, if desired; process until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit.
