Grapefruit Sorbet

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | medium grapefruit |
| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| Water | |
| 1 | teaspoon chopped fresh mint |
PREPARATION:
- Peel grapefruit; divide into sections and remove white membrane and seeds. Place grapefruit in food processor or blender; process until smooth. Pour grapefruit into 4-cup measure; add honey and water to equal 2 cups. Add mint; mix well.
- Pour mixture into 8-inch square metal pan. Freeze about 1 hour or until mixture becomes slushy. Transfer mixture to bowl; beat with electric mixer until smooth. Return to pan; freeze 1 to 2 hours or until mixture is solid.
