I've learned that the key to great skin is not what you put on the outside of your body, but rather, what you eat. Look at your skin, hair, and nails and you can very often tell if you're eating right. Is your skin soft and moist or it is dry and rough? If you don't feed the body's largest organ what it needs to look its best, you'll look older, rather than youthful .
