I had a bit of fun last week responding to Jules Clancy, the author of the website Stonesoup about her thoughts on what is completely unnecessary in a minimalist kitchen. This week I'm tackling her list of the things she thinks are necessary, and then things that would be nice to have and I have to say I am more in line here with what she thinks, but I still have some differences.
