Grilled Canadian Bacon Tomato and Cheese Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS
| 8 | slices rye bread or whole wheat bread |
| 6 | ounces thinly sliced reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
| 4 | ounces thinly sliced Canadian bacon |
| 1 | plum tomato, thinly sliced |
| 2 | teaspoons toasted wheat germ |
| Nontick cooking spray | |
| 2 | teaspoons butter or margarine |
PREPARATION:
- Top four bread slices with half of cheese. Layer bacon and tomato slices and tomato on top. Sprinkle with wheat germ. Top with remaining cheese and bread slices.
- Spray nonstick griddle or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook sandwiches over medium heat about 5 minutes or until toasted. Turn sandwiches. Add butter to griddle. Cook 4 to 5 minutes more or until cheese melts and sandwiches are toasted.
