Grilled Garlic-Pepper Shrimp
Makes 4 servings
|1/3||cup olive oil|
|2||tablespoons lemon juice|
|1||teaspoon garlic pepper blend|
|20||jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined|
|Lemon wedges (optional)|
- Spray grid with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct cooking.
- Meanwhile, combine oil, lemon juice and garlic pepper in large resealable food storage bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.
- Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers;* discard marinade. Grill on grid over medium heat 6 minutes or until pink and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
