Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1/3
cup olive oil
2
tablespoons lemon juice
1
teaspoon garlic pepper blend
20
jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
Lemon wedges (optional)
Preparation:
1.
Spray grid with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct cooking.
2.
Meanwhile, combine oil, lemon juice and garlic pepper in large resealable food storage bag; add shrimp. Marinate 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, turning bag once.

Thread 5 shrimp onto each of 4 skewers;* discard marinade. Grill on grid over medium heat 6 minutes or until pink and opaque. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
*If using wooden skewers, soak in water 20 minutes before using to prevent burning.
