INGREDIENTS

4 frozen veggie burgers
4 slices sweet onion, such as Vidalia
4 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

PREPARATION:

  1. Spray grid lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for direct cooking.
  2. Place burgers and onion slices on grill. Grill 5 minutes or until burgers are heated through and onion is soft, turning once.
  3. Place cheese slices on burgers; top with onion slices. Serve immediately.
