Makes 4 servings
|1/4||cup margarine or butter, softened|
|1||tablespoon white wine|
|1-1/2||teaspoons minced garlic|
|1/2||teaspoon grated lemon peel|
|1/8||teaspoon black pepper|
|1-1/2||pounds grouper, red snapper, or orange roughy fillets (about 4 to 5 ounces each)|
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine margarine, wine, garlic, lemon peel and pepper in small bowl; stir to blend.
- Place fish on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Top with seasoned margarine. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish begins to flake easily when tested with fork.
